At AdFyrr ("we", "us", or "our") we are committed to delivering high-quality performance marketing services and to treating our clients fairly. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances in which refunds and cancellations apply to the services you purchase from us. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and any signed Engagement Agreement.
1. Nature of Our Services
AdFyrr provides professional, time-based marketing services (such as strategy, advertising management, creative production, and consulting). Because our team begins allocating time, labor, and resources to your account as soon as an engagement starts, fees are earned as the work is performed.
2. Free Consultation & Audit
Our initial growth audit and consultation are provided free of charge and carry no payment obligation. You can evaluate whether AdFyrr is the right fit before committing to a paid engagement.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Before work begins: If you cancel a newly purchased engagement in writing within 3 calendar days of payment and before any work or onboarding has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of the prepaid retainer for that period.
- After work has begun: Once onboarding or service delivery has started, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, we will refund the pro-rata portion of the current month's retainer for services not yet delivered, less any costs already incurred on your behalf.
- Completed services: Fees for services that have been fully delivered are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Advertising spend (media budget) paid to third-party platforms such as Meta or Google is controlled by those platforms and is not refundable by AdFyrr. Any refund of unspent ad budget is subject to the relevant platform's own policies.
- Third-party costs, software subscriptions, stock assets, or licenses purchased on your behalf.
- One-time setup, onboarding, or custom project fees once the related work has commenced.
- Discounted, promotional, or custom-quoted engagements, unless stated otherwise in writing.
5. Cancellation of Ongoing Engagements
For rolling monthly retainers, either party may cancel by providing written notice as set out in the Engagement Agreement (typically 30 days' notice). Services will continue, and fees remain payable, through the end of the notice period. We will complete a professional hand-off of relevant assets and access at the end of the engagement.
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancel an engagement, please email support@adfyrr.com or call +1 347 801 8251 with your account details and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
We want every client to be satisfied. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We will provide documentation of services rendered in response to any payment dispute.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, service credit, or additional work where we have not met agreed deliverables. Our goal is always a fair outcome.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Changes apply to engagements entered into after the revised policy is posted.
